Key Tasks:
  • To sort and distribute incoming post and prepare outgoing mail, record incoming goods and provide assistance with stock control and lost property.
  • To ensure appropriate standards of tidiness and order in the school reception area, projecting a professional and welcoming environment for parents, pupils and visitors to the school.
  • To maintain accurate school attendance records, processing data, transferring attendance registers onto SIMS and assisting in the production of termly attendance data reports specific to Headteacher requirements.
Essential Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years administrative experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
