We are seeking an exceptional School Nurse to join our Special Partnership Trust as a Senior Staff Nurse and Healthcare Lead. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people by developing and implementing innovative healthcare solutions.
The successful candidate will be a seasoned nurse with excellent leadership skills, able to inspire and motivate a team of Healthcare Leads to deliver high-quality healthcare services. Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive pupil healthcare approaches, working collaboratively with specialist professionals and stakeholders.
- Lead a Trust team of Healthcare Leads to ensure seamless delivery of healthcare services.
- Collaborate with specialist professionals to provide innovative and effective healthcare solutions.
- A competitive salary of £52,500 per annum, based on experience.
- 37 days paid holiday, including bank holidays, from the start of employment.
- A combination of working at the Trust Office in Truro, hybrid working, and visiting schools in Cornwall with travel expenses or access to a pool car.
