About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our team as a Nursing Professional. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive and dynamic environment.

As a key member of our healthcare team, you will work closely with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that each individual receives personalized care and attention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Provide safe and effective medication administration.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver excellent patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Current NMC registration.
  • Good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices.
  • Experience in producing well-developed care plans and risk assessments.

Salary: £25-£30 per hour. A competitive pay rate for experienced Registered Nurses like yourself.
