**Job Description:**

Barchester Healthcare seeks a skilled Registered Nurse to join our care team in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will work closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and support.

**Responsibilities Include:**

  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify individualized care needs
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring residents receive tailored support
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery

**Requirements:**

  • Current NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)
  • Experience working in a care home setting or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

**Salary:** Up to £19.75 per hour, based on experience.
