Nursing Expertise
We are seeking a Memory Assessment Professional with recent substantial experience of working with people with dementia post qualification, experience in undertaking cognitive assessments without direct supervision, and previous experience of mentoring students. As a qualified nurse, you will have experience working with people with dementia, managing a caseload that prioritizes patient-centered care, and strong communication skills for partnership working with carers/family members and community services.

About Our Trust
Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust delivers community and hospital-based care to improve physical and mental health, providing specialist support for people with dementia or learning disabilities. We work in partnership with local complex care multi-disciplinary community teams to support individuals across their care pathway.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have current professional registration - NMC, evidence of continued professional development, postgraduate qualification relevant to specialism, recent substantial experience of working with people with dementia post qualification, experience in undertaking cognitive assessments without direct supervision, previous experience of mentoring students, experience of working in a multi-disciplinary and multi-agency environment, proven leadership, organizational, prioritizing, and team working skills.

The salary for this position is approximately £43,041 per annum.
