Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Social Work Team Manager to join our team in Truro.

Main Responsibilities
  • Take charge of a range of meetings when necessary.
  • Ensure timely completion of assessments for hospital discharge and create a smooth workflow.
  • Support planning skills to facilitate Commission support and care.
  • Manage the completion of needs assessments.
  • Carry out managerial actions, including complaint investigation and staff management.

This is a rewarding opportunity to work with a reputable agency and gain valuable experience in social care management.

The estimated salary for this role is £40 per hour, based on your skills and experience.

This is a full-time locum position, lasting 3 months, which requires you to work from home remotely and travel in and around the East Locality Area.
