About the Role

The Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Healthcare Navigator to join our team. This role will enable individuals to navigate the health and social care system effectively, making informed choices about their cancer treatment and overall well-being.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating assessments, appointments, and investigations, including direct booking of rapid CT scans and management of virtual and fast-track cancer clinics.

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Coordinating healthcare services to ensure seamless patient care
  2. Maintaining accurate records and reports
  3. Providing excellent communication skills to patients, families, and healthcare professionals
