Job DescriptionYou'll be responsible for overseeing the construction of luxury motor launches and superyacht tenders. With a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, you'll lead a team of experienced engineers and craftsmen to deliver high-quality vessels that exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the construction of luxury motor launches and superyacht tenders
- Lead a team of engineers and craftsmen to ensure seamless production
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Minimum 5 years of experience in boatbuilding or related field
We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, pension scheme, and paid time off.
