Speech Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our Clinical Team at Outcomes First Group. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a positive impact on the lives of children and young people with intellectual disabilities and/or autism.
As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans, providing support to children and young people with complex communication needs. You will be responsible for holding a speech and language therapy caseload and contributing to staff training and consultation.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech and language therapy, with experience working in multi-disciplinary teams and with children, young people, and adults with intellectual disabilities and/or autism. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
