Truro, Cornwall, United Kingdom Outcomes First Group Full time

We are seeking a Speech and Language Therapist to join our Clinical Team, delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for the children we support. This role will be key to the development of the service, offering a creative therapeutic approach and the ability to make decisions, as well as manage their own workload. The successful candidate will have experience of working with children, young people and adults who have an intellectual disability and/or autism with additional needs.

Our Clinical Teams help maintain a person-centered, empowering approach, always putting the people we support at the forefront of everything they do. We strive for excellence, which is why we are one of the leading service providers in the UK. With this in mind, we are looking for a Speech and Language Therapist who shares our vision to use innovative approaches to enhance the quality of life of the people in our care.

Key responsibilities include holding a speech and language therapy caseload, contributing to staff training and consultation, and providing information and training to staff, commissioners and other agencies as required. The successful candidate will have a BSc or Masters in Speech and Language Therapy and will be able to implement their strategic vision for therapies.

We offer a wide range of benefits, including a generous Annual Leave Entitlement, Life Assurance Pension scheme, and 'Your Wellbeing Matters' - access to a wide range of first-class mental health support services and physical health checks. We also offer flexible benefit options, including a market-leading benefit offering through our Flexible Benefits Platform, Vista.

At Outcomes First Group, we are committed to the safeguarding and promoting the welfare of our pupils and young people. All successful applicants will be subject to social media checks and successful applicants to a fully enhanced DBS.
