About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join our Clinical Team at Outcomes First Group.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality speech and language therapy services to children in our care, working closely with other members of the Clinical Team.

You will develop and implement individualized assessment and intervention plans, drawing on your expertise and experience to ensure the best possible outcomes for the children we support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy services to children in our care.
  • Develop and implement individualized assessment and intervention plans.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the Clinical Team to provide comprehensive support.

Your Qualifications and Experience

  • BSc or Masters in Speech and Language Therapy.
  • Registered with the HCPC and RCSLT.
  • Experience of working in multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Experience of working with children who have intellectual disabilities and/or autism.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of up to £53,200 per annum, depending on experience.
