**About the Role:** We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Analyst - IT to join our team in Newcastle. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and working collaboratively with the sales team to identify new business opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to identify new business opportunities
  • Provide product information and training to customers

**Requirements:**

  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
  • A proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent technical knowledge of software and hardware products
  • A degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
