Sales Director

A seasoned Sales Manager is sought after by a renowned company in Maidstone to spearhead the sales of a magazine, capitalizing on the candidate's expertise in media sales. This exciting opportunity presents a chance to grow business through tailored consultative approaches rather than relying on a "boiler room" setup.
Salary and Benefits:The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 basic, with an uncapped commission potential reaching up to £85,000. The position offers numerous benefits, including 26 days' holiday plus bank holidays, a pension scheme, regular salary increases, canteen facilities, international travel opportunities, and engaging team-building activities.
Responsibilities:- Manage existing accounts, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention.
- Sell digital, print, and events to new and existing clients, adopting a bespoke approach.
- Complete the sales process, providing valuable insights and tasters to clients showcasing how they can expand their business.
- Report to the Sales Director, offering updates on account performance and future prospects.
- At least six years of experience in Media Sales.
- Possession of a driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Availability for international travel.
- Proven expertise in Print, Digital, and Events sales.
