Job Title: Regional Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales team in the UK. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue across your defined region.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the strategic approach to sales conversion across your defined region
* Deliver region KPIs in line with business goals
* Create sales plans to ensure team achievement of KPIs
* Build a quality team capable of building a lead pipeline and converting sales
* Manage headcount to achieve targets within budget

Requirements:

* Full UK driving license
* Access to a vehicle meeting our safety specifications
* Minimum 1 year sales leadership experience
* Evidence of performance management
