Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated South Sales Director & Technical Product Specialist to join our client s team. This hybrid role combines leadership, sales, and product consulting, perfect for an individual who excels in both strategic planning and client interactions.
Sales Leadership
- Lead and inspire the Southern sales team to achieve KPIs and overall business objectives.
- Cultivate and manage client relationships to support sales goals and KPI achievement.
Brand Development
The successful candidate will lead the Southern sales team and work directly with Occupational and Physiotherapists, providing expert product assessments and promoting an exceptional product line across target areas: Kent, London, Essex, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, and surrounding regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Clinical Consultation: Conduct product assessments for children and therapists, offering expert advice and guidance.
- Training & Development: Support the sales team through training, scheduling, performance reviews, and reporting.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Background in the pediatric medical device sector with a proven track record in sales and leadership.
- Technical Expertise: Skilled in clinical product assessments and knowledge of medical devices.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Software Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
