Job Title: Strategic Planning Director
Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Strategic Planning Director to lead our Planning Function in London & South East. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in planning and programme management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Candidate Profile:

* Experience working as a Planning Manager or Associate Director in a consultancy or contractor background
* Progressed from an Engineering background, preferably with a Degree in Civil Engineering or similar
* Previous experience working in the Infrastructure sector
* Ability to build relationships and demonstrate business planning capabilities to new and existing clients
* Expert knowledge in Planning software (P6, ASTA, Microsoft Project etc.)
* Chartered Engineer preferred but not essential

Responsibilities:

* Lead a team of planners to deliver projects across London & South East
* Build relationships with clients to understand their planning requirements
* Develop and implement planning strategies to drive business growth
* Manage and grow a team of existing planners
* Represent the business at networking events and conferences

Requirements:

* Strong planning and programme management skills
* Ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
* Expert knowledge in Planning software
* Chartered Engineer preferred
