Regional Sales ManagerAbout the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the region, developing and implementing sales strategies to meet business objectives

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Lead a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, training and performance management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners and internal teams
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis and sales trend analysis to inform sales strategies
  • Manage sales budgets, forecasts and reports, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of sales leadership experience
  • Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of sales processes and strategies
  • Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and time management skills
