Regional Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the region, developing and implementing sales strategies to meet business objectives
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
- Lead a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, training and performance management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners and internal teams
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and sales trend analysis to inform sales strategies
- Manage sales budgets, forecasts and reports, ensuring accurate and timely reporting
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or related field
- Minimum 2 years of sales leadership experience
- Proven track record of sales success, with a strong understanding of sales processes and strategies
- Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and time management skills
