Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at the Kit Kemp Design Studio. This role will provide comprehensive administrative support and contribute to the efficient operation of our creative department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the smooth running of the Kit Kemp Design Studio, ensuring it is well-organized and efficient.
  • Coordinate and organize internal and external meetings, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared in advance.
  • Work closely with the design team and other departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Support the Kit Kemp and her team in managing project timelines and deliverables.
  • Place orders for furniture and repairs for properties both in the UK and abroad.
  • Manage installations, deliveries, and international shipments to the Kit Kemp's properties.
  • Act as a liaison between Kit Kemp and designers, suppliers, and collaborators, assisting with photoshoots and Shop Kit Kemp.
  • Co-ordinate with Press and Public Relations.
  • Maintain and manage Kit Kemp's daily schedule, including appointments and meetings.
  • Represent Kit Kemp professionally and courteously, ensuring all interactions reflect the brand's high standards.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
