As an Administrative Coordinator, you will provide high-level administrative support to our executives, ensuring the smooth operation of our organization. You will be responsible for managing complex calendars, scheduling with diplomacy, and organizing team activities. Your attention to detail and excellent written and verbal skills will be essential in maintaining healthy relationships across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complex calendars and scheduling with diplomacy and discretion
• Organize team activities, including staff meetings, off-sites, and engagement events
• Coordinate purchase orders and manage travel arrangements
• Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items

Requirements:
- 3+ years of work experience in an administrative assistant function
- Positive, proactive, and driven to succeed
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment
