About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our small but busy team at Coram BAAF. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial part in the effective coordination and smooth running of our training and events programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and administer our training and events programme, ensuring seamless delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling, correspondence, and data management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including trainers, speakers, and participants.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of programme strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a training or events environment.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing circumstances.
