Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

Location: London

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum

This is a full-time temporary role starting in December, lasting for six to eight weeks. It is based on campus with the flexibility of working one day a week from home.

The successful candidate will be a key player working across the university to provide administrative support for operational functions. They will assist with tasks relating to facilities and financial administration, as well as undertake other ad-hoc duties to support colleagues and senior members of the Operations Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing exceptional service via shared inbox, MS Teams, and in-person queries
  • Organising office moves and monitoring the Office Tracker to ensure common areas are presentable
  • Ordering office supplies, equipment, furniture, and other support materials
  • Dealing with expense claims and payments following appropriate process and procedure
  • Coordinating and facilitating interview days, including arranging rooms, meeting candidates, printing interview packs, and setting up presentations
