Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to support our Investment Team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support, manage complex diary coordination, and coordinate meeting logistics for internal and external stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Investment teams
- Manage diaries, anticipating scheduling challenges and resolving potential conflicts
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including in-person and MS Teams calls
- Maintain detailed client meeting trackers and team annual leave calendars
- Act as primary point of contact for general and administrative inquiries
- Travel and Expense Management
- Design travel itineraries for complex business trips
- Handle end-to-end travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodation reservations, and visa application support
- Manage monthly travel and expense processing for the team
- Maintain accurate records in research management systems
- Provide backup support for departmental team assistants
- Assist with ad-hoc project work
About You:
- A proven track record of supporting large, dynamic teams
- Experience in financial services (specifically Asset Management) would be an advantage
- Degree qualified or equivalent (desirable)
- Exceptional organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail
- The ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships
- A strong belief in doing the right thing
- A client-focused and collaborative approach
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum
