BookBrunch Limited is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Central London. This part-time role involves providing administrative support to our directors, managing email accounts, and maintaining our website.

Key Responsibilities
  • Email Administration: Manage email accounts, respond to messages, and ensure timely responses.
  • Website Upkeep: Assist with website updates, content creation, and overall maintenance.
  • Social Media Management: Help maintain our social media presence, creating engaging content and interacting with followers.
  • Event Support: Provide assistance at book launches and other events, ensuring a seamless experience for attendees.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee the Hashtag Press 2020 process, reading submissions and coordinating efforts.
Essential Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, strong numeracy skills, and the ability to multitask and work well under pressure. Confidence in building and maintaining relationships with customers and sales contacts is also essential.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
