Job Title: Administration Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administration Coordinator to join our team at Urban and Campus Nest Ltd.

Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and processing all applications, including accurate data collection and input. They will also handle account management for UCNEST customers and clients, as well as marketing elements such as leaflets, flyers, and website content.

A strong proficiency in IT, particularly MS Office, is essential for this role. Profound language skills in both English and Mandarin are also required.

The ideal candidate will have relevant administration and customer service experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service throughout both online and offline application processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and process all applications, involving accurate data collection and input;
  • Account management – UCNEST customers and clients;
  • Responsible for marketing elements such as leaflets, flyers, and website content;
Requirements:
  1. Relevant administration and customer service experiences preferred;
  2. Proficiency in IT, in particular MS Office;
  3. Profound language skills in both English and Mandarin;
