Administrative Coordinator

Estimated Salary: $25.00 per hour, 30-40 hours/week.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Employment and Social Development Canada as an Administrative Coordinator.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and improve administrative processes to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to office support staff.
- Prioritize work and maintain adherence to procedures and deadlines.
- Assist in budget preparation and maintain inventory and financial controls.
- Compile data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence.
- Enter data accurately and efficiently.
- Train staff members as needed.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative activities.
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative capacity.
