About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our AqualisBraemar LOC team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a career-driven individual who is eager to grow and develop their skills in Human Resources.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with the development and implementation of new operational policies, procedures, guidelines, and ways of working to build the HR Systems and Processes toolkit.
  2. Ensure all HR policies and procedures are in line with the company strategy and changing business needs while meeting legislative guidelines.
  3. Be a point of contact for employees and managers on HR Systems and Processes topics, educate them on HR procedures and SOPs while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

About You:

  • You have a strong understanding of Human Resources principles and practices.
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You are able to work independently and as part of a team.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
