Administrative Operations Coordinator

We are looking for a highly motivated Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our AqualisBraemar LOC team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a career-driven individual who is eager to grow and develop their skills in Human Resources.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the development and implementation of new operational policies, procedures, guidelines, and ways of working to build the HR Systems and Processes toolkit.
- Ensure all HR policies and procedures are in line with the company strategy and changing business needs while meeting legislative guidelines.
- Be a point of contact for employees and managers on HR Systems and Processes topics, educate them on HR procedures and SOPs while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
About You:
- You have a strong understanding of Human Resources principles and practices.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are able to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
