The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

A strong understanding of administrative processes, including procurement, timesheet management, and billing cycles, is essential.

The successful candidate will also possess effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.

This role offers a competitive salary, estimated at £35,000 per annum, based on the location in the Southeast of England and the required skills and qualifications.

Job Description

As an Administrative Coordinator for Project Operations, you will play a vital role in facilitating planning, scheduling, and controlling processes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Raising and receipting purchase orders and other documentation
  • Collating and submitting information to payroll for processing
  • Providing general administrative support for day-to-day operational requirements
  • Issuing starter packs and checking/processing for issue to HR
  • Giving adequate cover and schedule cover for other team members
  • Scheduling team meetings and minute-taking as required

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • National Framework Qualifications or National Diploma in Administration
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
