About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Communications and Project Coordinator to join our team at All Survivors Project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving our external visibility and engagement through strategic communications, brand management, and media relations.

You will work closely with our Operations and Special Projects Manager, as well as national teams, to develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy that increases our reach and brand awareness and maximises income.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role within a human rights I/NGO and civil society organisation, with a strong background in digital marketing channels, including social media and email marketing.

You will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of our communications work, ensuring lessons are learned and continuous improvement is achieved.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a strategic communications plan to amplify our work and the broader issue of conflict-related sexual violence against men and boys.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of our communications work.
  • Managing our social media channels and website, ensuring regular updates and high-quality content.
  • Providing ad-hoc support to the Executive Director and undertaking other relevant activities to support our overall goals and mission.
