About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Management Administrator to join our team at Babcock International Group. As a Facilities Management Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing exceptional support to our teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of facilities-related information, including maintenance schedules, inventory, and procurement data.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless facilities management services, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Develop and implement effective administrative processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal customers, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and support the delivery of our services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in facilities management, administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
