Job Summary
Total Facilities Recruitment is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Environmental Services: Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, kitchenettes, and other areas to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
- Dust Control: Implement effective dust control measures in all areas to prevent dust accumulation.
- Sanitation and Hygiene: Clean and sanitize mirrors, glass, and other surfaces to maintain a high level of hygiene.
- Waste Management: Dispose of litter and maintain a clean and tidy environment.
- Supply Management: Replenish soaps, toilet rolls, and other essential supplies as needed.
- Additional Duties: Perform any other duties as requested by management to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
Requirements
- DBS Clearance: Must have a valid DBS clearance to work with vulnerable individuals.
- Physical Ability: Must be physically able to perform the duties of the role, including lifting and bending.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
