Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead our corporate and MICE sales efforts at Beaverbrook. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong network of industry contacts.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, building long-term relationships with clients and partners, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies that align with Beaverbrook's business goals.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Driving revenue growth through effective sales and business development activities.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in sales management within the luxury hospitality or events sector.
  • Strong network of industry contacts and connections.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum
