We are seeking a Luxury Sales Executive to join our team at Beaverbrook Estate and Beaverbrook Town House. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and increasing market share through the development and execution of a comprehensive sales strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a sales strategy that aligns with Beaverbrook's business goals, leveraging industry connections and driving long-term relationships with high-value clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities through proactive fieldwork, networking events, and personal outreach.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience in sales management within the luxury hospitality or events sector.
  • A strong network of industry contacts that can be leveraged to drive business growth.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on relationship-building and stakeholder engagement.

Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
