Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Luxury Sales Development Executive to join our team at Beaverbrook Estate and Beaverbrook Town House. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through business development, networking events, and personal outreach.

Salary and Benefits

A competitive salary of £60,000 per annum is on offer, plus a range of benefits including discounts on retail, gym memberships, cinema tickets, and more with the Hospitality Rewards App.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales management within the luxury hospitality or events sector, with a strong network of industry contacts and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with Beaverbrook's business goals and drives revenue growth.
  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities, focusing on long-term relationships with high-value clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Taking a proactive approach to generating new leads through fieldwork, networking events, and personal outreach.
Requirements
