Luxury Hotel Reservations Professional

As a Luxury Hotel Reservations Professional, you will be responsible for delivering high-class guest service experiences. This involves overseeing and coordinating the pre-arrival process of special guests and VIPs, ensuring all booking processes meet Forbes standards while working towards achieving budgeted targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure smooth and efficient operations in the reservations department.
* Deliver high-class guest service experiences.
* Oversee and coordinate pre-arrival processes for special guests and VIPs.
* Manage all booking processes to meet Forbes standards.
* Work towards achieving budgeted targets.
Ideal Candidate:
* Business or hospitality management qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
* Experience in Opera Cloud, Res Diary, TNG, and Synxis is desired.
* Experience in a 5* luxury hotel in a similar role.
* Understanding of the luxury market.
* Sales-driven, organised, and efficient.
Shift Pattern:
* 40 hours per week.
* The ideal candidate will be flexible in working any 5 days out of 7.
* The hours for this position will typically consist of 09:00-17:30 Monday-Friday.
Salary:
* Up to 40,000 per annum dependent upon skills and experience plus Commission.
