About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reservations Manager to join our team at Beaverbrook. As a key member of our reservations department, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations, providing exceptional guest service experiences, and overseeing the pre-arrival process for special guests and VIPs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the reservations process to meet Forbes standards.
  • Deliver high-class guest service experiences, ensuring seamless and personalized interactions.
  • Oversee the pre-arrival process for special guests and VIPs, ensuring all booking processes are completed efficiently.
  • Work closely with the hotel's management team to achieve budgeted targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to promote the hotel's services and packages.

Requirements:

  • Business or hospitality management qualifications are advantageous, but not essential.
  • Experience in Opera Cloud, Res Diary, TNG, and Synxis is desired.
  • Proven track record in a 5* luxury hotel in a similar role.
  • Understanding of the luxury market and ability to adapt to changing trends.
  • Sales-driven, organized, and efficient, with excellent communication skills.

Working Arrangements:

  • 40 hours per week.
  • The ideal candidate will be flexible in working any 5 days out of 7.
  • The hours for this position will typically consist of 09:00-17:30 Monday-Friday.
