Reservations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Reservations Manager to join our team at Beaverbrook. As a key member of our reservations department, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations, providing exceptional guest service experiences, and overseeing the pre-arrival process for special guests and VIPs.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage reservations for our country house hotel and London hotel, ensuring seamless and efficient operations.
- Deliver high-class guest service experiences, exceeding Forbes standards and meeting budgeted targets.
- Oversee the pre-arrival process for special guests and VIPs, ensuring all booking processes meet the highest standards.
- Manage and coordinate with the reservations team to ensure effective communication and seamless execution of reservations.
- Work closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth and meet budgeted targets.
- Business or hospitality management qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
- Experience in Opera Cloud, Res Diary, TNG, and Synxis is desired.
- Experience in a 5* luxury hotel in a similar role is highly valued.
- Understanding of the luxury market and ability to provide exceptional guest service experiences.
- Sales-driven, organised, and efficient with a strong attention to detail.
