Reservations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Reservations Manager to join our team at Beaverbrook, a luxury hotel and country house. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations in the reservations department, providing exceptional guest service experiences, and overseeing the pre-arrival process for special guests and VIPs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage reservations and bookings for our luxury hotel and country house, ensuring seamless and efficient operations.
- Deliver high-class guest service experiences, exceeding customer expectations and ensuring loyalty.
- Coordinate pre-arrival processes for special guests and VIPs, ensuring all booking processes meet Forbes standards.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve budgeted targets and drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Business or hospitality management qualifications are advantageous, but not essential.
- Experience in Opera Cloud, Res Diary, TNG, and Synxis is desired.
- Experience in a 5* luxury hotel in a similar role is highly valued.
- Understanding of the luxury market and ability to provide exceptional guest service.
- Sales-driven, organised, and efficient, with a focus on delivering results.
