About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reservations Manager to join our team at Beaverbrook. As a key member of our reservations department, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations, providing exceptional guest service experiences, and overseeing the pre-arrival process for special guests and VIPs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the reservations process to meet Forbes standards.
- Deliver high-class guest service experiences, ensuring seamless and personalized interactions.
- Oversee the pre-arrival process for special guests and VIPs, ensuring all booking processes are completed efficiently.
- Work closely with the hotel's management team to achieve budgeted targets and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote the hotel's services and packages.
Requirements:
- Business or hospitality management qualifications are advantageous, but not essential.
- Experience in Opera Cloud, Res Diary, TNG, and Synxis is desired.
- Proven track record in a 5* luxury hotel in a similar role.
- Understanding of the luxury market and its trends.
- Sales-driven, organized, and efficient with excellent communication skills.
