Job Description

The primary focus of this role is to develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with Beaverbrook's business goals, resulting in revenue growth and increased market share. Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing a robust sales strategy that leverages industry connections and drives long-term relationships with high-value clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Taking a proactive approach to generating new leads through strategic partnerships, business development initiatives, and relationship-building efforts.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience in sales management within the luxury hospitality or events sector.
  • A strong network of industry contacts that can be leveraged to drive business growth.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on relationship-building and stakeholder engagement.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
