Corporate Sales Director

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Sales Director to drive revenue growth at Beaverbrook. With a focus on generating new corporate and MICE business, you will shape and implement our sales strategy through business development, attending trade shows, and leveraging your professional network to secure valuable clients.
You will collaborate closely with our Reservations, Events, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless delivery of our sales objectives. This role offers flexibility, with the option to work remotely while spending a minimum of one day per week on-site at Beaverbrook. A proactive approach to generating new leads is essential, with a strong focus on long-term relationships with high-value clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with Beaverbrook's business goals.
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities, prioritizing long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Taking ownership of lead generation through fieldwork, networking events, and personal outreach.
Compensation: We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are local, we would prefer you to spend more days in the office.
