Job Overview:

A Sales and Project Co-ordinator position has become available to support the UK and European sales force. You must be articulate, confident, and numerate with excellent computer skills and knowledge of Excel being essential. In return, the company offers a competitive salary, plus company benefits.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  2. Confirm price, specification, and delivery for each sales enquiry.
  3. Complete price breakdown for each enquiry.
  4. Reserve and order products and ancillaries.
  5. Review order confirmations, checking for any issues.
  6. Ensure relevant departments confirm specification of orders.
  7. Review verbal order sheets.
  8. Prepare documentation for handover meetings.
  9. Update prices.
  10. Advise sales of new promotions and models.
  11. Update the product delivery schedule.
  12. Provide movement instructions for each move.
  13. Update and maintain machine database.
  14. Sort out problems such as suppliers, deliveries, etc.
  15. Attend sales and engineering meetings as required.
Requirements:
  1. Confident and able to work on own initiative/multi-task.
  2. Numerate.
  3. Good working knowledge of Excel is essential.
  4. Experience in a similar role.
  5. Able to work to strict deadlines.
  6. Ability to prioritise.
  7. Capable under pressure.
  8. Articulate, confident, and numerate.
Additional Information:
  1. Based in Leatherhead.
  2. £31,000.
  3. 9am - 5.30pm / 8am - 4.30pm on a Friday.
  4. 20 days holiday + 3 days at Christmas (rising with service).
  5. Pension scheme - 5.5% company contribution / 2.5% employee.
