Job Title: Corporate Sales Strategist

We are seeking a highly experienced Corporate Sales Strategist to join our team at Beaverbrook. As the primary focus will be on generating new corporate and MICE business, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing our sales strategy through business development, attending trade shows, agency office visits, and utilizing your network to win new clients and accounts for our properties.

You will work closely with our Reservations, Events, and Marketing teams, as well as with third-party partners and key brand collaborators, to ensure seamless delivery of our sales objectives. This role can be carried out remotely, with a minimum of one day per week on-site at Beaverbrook. However, if you are local, we would prefer you to spend more days in the office. We are looking for someone who is proactive in the field, eager to network, present, and secure valuable leads.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing comprehensive sales strategies that align with business goals and drive revenue growth. They will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, focusing on long-term relationships with high-value clients, partners, and stakeholders. A proactive approach to generating new leads through fieldwork, networking events, and personal outreach is essential. Your professional network will be a key asset in driving growth and revenue. The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
