Sales Team Leader

At HBD Partners, we are seeking a talented Sales Team Leader to join our team of experts in the hospitality industry. This exciting opportunity will see you overseeing two country-style properties in Surrey and Hampshire, where you will be responsible for driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional customer service.

We own 13 hotels across East Anglia & Surrey, with a focus on investing in Food and Beverage (F&B) and room standards to create unique experiences for our guests. As a Sales Team Leader, you will work closely with our Hotel General Managers, Marketing, and Commercial Teams to achieve our sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience within the hospitality industry, with a proven track record in sales and a strong ability to build relationships with corporate clients. Your role will involve identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, working under pressure to meet and exceed sales targets, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Strong sales skills, with the ability to enthuse potential clients about our products and services
  • Confident communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships from cold leads
  • Able to work independently, with initiative and a proactive approach

We estimate the salary for this role to be around £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a full-time office and field-based role, with access to a company car and a full driving license required.
