Leatherhead, Surrey, United Kingdom Anchor Hanover Full time

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Care Assistant/Team Leader to join our team at Anchor. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of older people, while also developing your management skills and career prospects.

As a Senior Care Assistant/Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to residents with diverse needs. Your key responsibilities will include caring for individuals with complex medical requirements, dispensing medication, and ensuring that our residents receive exceptional care.

This role offers a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive training program, we offer a range of benefits, including gym membership discounts, mental health support, and flexible working options.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong passion for delivering high-quality care, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach. Anchor is a leading provider of care and housing services for older people. Our mission is to transform housing and care so that everyone can live in a home where they love living in later life. As a valued member of our team, you will be part of an organization that prioritizes resident well-being, staff development, and community engagement.

In return for your dedication and expertise, we offer a rewarding work environment, ongoing personal and professional development opportunities, and a chance to make a lasting impact on the lives of our residents. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional care and want to advance your career, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
