Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our Newcastle office on a permanent basis. The role offers a hybrid working policy, with most full-time employees spending 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
The successful candidate will be part of our Executive Services team and will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to fee earners, including preparing reports, financial data, and presentation materials, dealing with telephone calls, actively participating in the billing process, and maintaining budgetary information and financial spreadsheets.
You will also organise meetings, including travel, accommodation, lunches, and refreshments. Knowledge of private client work is desirable, and experience in a Personal Assistant capacity within the legal profession and proficiency in the MS Office suite is required.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing reports, financial data, and presentation materials
- Dealing with telephone calls and providing assistance
- Actively participating in the billing process and maintaining budgetary information and financial spreadsheets
- Organising meetings, including travel, accommodation, lunches, and refreshments
Requirements:
- Knowledge of private client work (desirable)
- Experience in a Personal Assistant capacity within the legal profession
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite
Salary Range: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
