About the Job

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Newcastle upon Tyne, England. As a key member of the Kinetic Recruitment team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients and managing their electronic and hard copy documents.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and maintain electronic and hard copy documents.
  2. Provide administrative support to project teams, including raising purchase order requests and supporting the project management system.
  3. Assist with office running and maintenance, communicating with facility management.
  4. Develop and implement document control procedures.

This is a contract position lasting 9-12 months, working Monday to Thursday 8am-4.30pm and Friday 8am-1pm (37 hours). The estimated salary for this role is £35,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
