We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Administrative Coordinator for Document Management at our Heaton client site.

This is a temporary 9-12 month contract position to cover maternity leave, providing an excellent opportunity to gain experience and build your skills in document control.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of electronic and hard copy documents, as well as implementing effective document management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage document workflows and ensure smooth processing
  • Index, store, and retrieve documents using an electronic document management system
  • Scan and digitize paper documents for electronic storage
  • Verify document compliance and archiving procedures
  • Distribute documents and notify relevant parties
  • Develop and maintain document control procedures
  • Provide training to employees on document management best practices
  • Collaborate with the facility management team on maintenance and compliance issues

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a Document Control role, with excellent communication and organizational skills. We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
