About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Food & Beverage Admin Assistant to support our team at the Newcastle Utilita Arena. You will work closely with our Food & Beverage Manager to handle all administrative activities related to food and beverage operations.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Create schedules on HumanForce and offer shifts to staff, approve timesheets, and prepare pay runs for payroll.
  • Handle individual pay queries related to hours worked and liaise with payroll when necessary.
  • Support with signing in staff on event days and allocating them to designated locations according to the resource plan.
  • Coordinate resources to ensure successful service delivery at events.
  • Contribute to the development of training content, training plans, and other F&B Training Strategy activities.
  • Work with Retail and Hospitality Executives to coordinate and implement training plans for Casual staff on events and classroom-based training.

Requirements

  • Previous administration experience in a fast-paced, high-volume business.
  • Experience working in a Retail and/or Hospitality Business.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
