We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrator to provide administrative support for our team in Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism.
  • Maintaining office supplies and equipment inventories to ensure seamless operations.
  • Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations to high standards.
  • Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with attention to detail.
  • Managing office filing systems and databases for efficient access.
  • Assisting with the organization of company events and training sessions to promote teamwork.
  • Supporting various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks to foster collaboration.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with advanced skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with a strong focus on results.

Competitive salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Benefits include:
