Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrator to provide administrative support for our team in Newcastle upon Tyne, United Kingdom.
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism.
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment inventories to ensure seamless operations.
- Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations to high standards.
- Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with attention to detail.
- Managing office filing systems and databases for efficient access.
- Assisting with the organization of company events and training sessions to promote teamwork.
- Supporting various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks to foster collaboration.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Previous experience in an administrative role with a proven track record of success.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with advanced skills.

Competitive salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Benefits include:
