Job Description

We are looking for a talented Global Human Resources Partner to join our team at AWD online. As a Global Human Resources Partner, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong collaborative relationships with people managers, partnering with hiring managers on advertising strategies and content, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process.

The ideal candidate will have substantial progressive experience in professional HR roles, preferably with recent experience working as a HR Operations Manager / HR Manager / Senior HR Advisor within a global context.

A competitive salary of £51,969 - £55,443 per annum (dependant on experience) + Benefits is offered for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, liaising with senior stakeholders and managing recruitment processes.
  2. Partner with Learning and Development Manager/Advisor in informing the development of programmes to support capability building.
  3. Manage the payroll, pension and benefits administration, liaising with the Finance Team and outsourced payroll providers.
